This Springfield Armory XD 9mm sub compact 10-round magazine is manufactured to the exact same specifications and tolerances using the same manufacturing equipment as the original factory magazine. All metal parts are made of high carbon heat-treated steel and plated with a silver zinc coating to help combat corrosion. The magazine spring is made of high strength music wire and is able to be compressed for long periods of time without losing its ability to retain the spring tension necessary for reliable feeding. The magazine follower is manufactured from a high-impact polymer and aids in reliably seating the rounds. This magazine is compatible with the Springfield Armory XD 9mm sub compact.
